What are the treatments options?
Our doctors and podiatrists are specalist in nail abnormality and infection. Therefore, we offer various options to give you the best clinical outcome as possible. We offer conventional treatment such as over the counter medication and medical filing. To more advance treatment such as laser treatment, prescribed medication and surgery treatment. Our specialist will provide you with all the information you need to make an informed discussion.
How many laser treatments will I need?
It really depends on how bad your infection is. If the infection is minor, 4 treatments should be enough. If the infection is severe and re-infection is often then maybe more will be needed. We monitor our patients closely and we are always on standby to fit you in for emergency laser treatment.
Will I be able to go to the gym and continue my daily activities after treatment?
Yes, you will be able to continue with your daily activities. Running, walking, whatever you like.However if you have surgery than it is recommended that you take a few weeks off from surgery.
How is Lunula laser different from other lasers?
Compared to other lasers the Lunula Laser kills off fungus and bacteria without any pain. The Lunula Laser increases blood flow and allows the nail to grow quickly. Some patients achieve a fully grown clear nail in as little as 3 months. This is compared with conventional lasers which may take as long as a year for the nail to grow out. In addition, the Lunula Laser is able to treat all nails simultaneously unlike other laser treatments, reducing the length of time you need to be in treatment for.
We also offer Podilase a laser which uses heat energy to kill off the fungus and baceria. This method have been used in the last 5 years and has an 70% effective rate.
What does the treatment involve?
You will be given a consultation by our Doctor or Podiatrist. Any questions or concerns will be answered by them. Once you have agreed to have the treatment, pictures will be taken on the first visit for comparison. Medical filing will be given by our Doctor or Podiatrist. This is when all the infection has been removed.
This is usually painless and will make your toes look healthier. Then your foot/feet will be inserted into the Lunula Laser. Further advice will be given and we will provide you with your post care plan and package. The first treatment will last for 1 hour and then 30 minutes afterwards.
If surgery is needed that will be appointed when you are free. We are very flexible to our client's scheduling and will try our best to accommodate their needs. That's why we work weekends and offer emergency surgery.
How much are the treatments?
An consultation with our general podiatrist is £79. With our leading Podiatrist it will be £99 pounds.
Our treatment start from £299 for two treatments to £899 for 12 treatments. We usually recommend 4-6 treatments and offer a review for the the nails to see if anymore is needed. We also offer surgery at an additional cost. This is based on the number of nails that needs to be removed.

If you are thinking of seeking treatment through one of our plans but are worried about the costs, we offer patients financial help.
Interest free credit over 6 months, so you can break down the cost of laser treatment into one initial deposit and 6 equal monthly direct debit payments.
In order to ensure we keep to our promise we also offer a price matching service. If you find an alternative laser treatment of the same effectiveness at a cost more affordable than ours, we will match it and deduct a further 5% off the total price. This includes any HOT or COLD laser treatments within the central London area.

Does Insurance Cover Nail Surgery or Laser Treatments?
Some have covered the treatment of laser treatments for infection of the nails. However, you must ask your insurer if they will cover it. We need a letter of confirmation from the insurer how many sessions are covered.
Nail surgery are all covered by insurance. We require letter of confirmation.
