Your Journey to Pain-Free Living

  • Booking: Patients can book online, via phone, or through Email.
  • Assessment: A foot and ankle specialist conducts a thorough evaluation, which may include:
    – Medical history review
    – Physical examination
    – Diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-rays, ultrasound) if needed
  • Diagnosis: The clinician identifies the condition (e.g., bunions, nail disorders, corns, verrucae, or structural issues).
  • Discussion of Options: The specialist explains all available treatments—conservative and surgical.
  • Personalized Plan: A tailored treatment plan is created based on the patient’s condition, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Consent & Scheduling: If surgery or a procedure is recommended, consent is obtained and the procedure is scheduled with the appropriate specialist.
  • Pre-Op Instructions: Patients receive guidance on how to prepare (e.g., what to expect on the day of the procedure, medications recommended).
  • Surgical Treatment: Performed by experienced specialists using advanced techniques for minimal downtime and effective results.
  • Post-Op Care: Immediate aftercare includes dressing the wound and providing pain management instructions as well as post-care instructions for patients to do at home.
  • Scheduled Visits: Follow-up appointments are critical to monitor the condition and prevent complications.
  • Wound Checks: The surgical site is inspected for signs of infection or delayed healing.
  • Rehabilitation Guidance: Patients may receive advice on infection control, footwear, and foot hygiene.
  • Ongoing Communication: Patients can contact the clinic for concerns or advice between visits. For urgent health enquiries patients can contact 111 or go to the nearest A&E outside of clinic hours as we are not an out of service provider.
  • Educational Resources: Guidance on foot care, hygiene, and prevention of recurrence is provided.
  • Patients will be booked in with other practitioners to maintain their feet through medical pedicures and annual foot health checks.

We have fairly flexible hours (including early and evening slots) at their Harley Street clinic. However, there is no explicit public guarantee of “same-day” or “urgent” appointments, it depends on availability. For urgent foot/nail problems, call the clinic as early as possible and ask reception if there is a cancellation slot or an urgent slot.
